Introduction

My Chinese wife and love of my life,  Ying, and I have been in the U.S. together for 2 years now since going through the K1 visa process. We found a groove. We bought a home. She started on her second college degree. Things were going swimmingly. We had a routine. In February of 2011, her mother who lives in China had a heart attack. Ying rushed to China and her mother passed away 3 weeks later. It was unexpected, as the doctors said she was getting well after placement of 4 stents. I was in China 3 days later.

What follows in this blog is an account of this most recent trip. Some material appears at the Candle For Love forum. Some is tweaked. We'll see where it leads us.
